When we are in receipt of your completed signing up form, we will email you your login details to commence using your 30-day trial period. This will usually take one to two business day(s) to activate the account. In case you order workforce data input service, an additional two to three days will be required to input your data, depending on the amount of data that is required.
As you might know from experience, only when you start using a new system, do problems crop up. You might find something that is not to your liking or simply incompatible with the way you run things at your organisation.
No matter. Simply tell us what makes you unhappy and we will fix it. We will customise everything so that it is just the way you want it.
Workforce data input can be done by us, so the H&S Manager hits the ground running when you deploy it – even if it is during the free trial period. The software that you use is the full version, and it does not ask you to make any additional payment for accessing premium features.
If you would like to continue using the H&S Manager, all you need to do is to make the payment for the next period with an invoice you will receive after the trial. For details please read subscription fees.
In case you feel during the trial period that the H&S Manager is not the best fit for your business, we ask that you let us know within 5 business days since the last day of the trial period. This is so that we can cancel the trial and remove all your data from our system. Again, no cancellation charges or fees. If by any chance you change your mind in the future, please do come back to us, let us know what we can do for you.
